I can vouch for AJ's rails and tie rod. The tie rod is serious beef. With the 3/4 ton ends you will break a knuckle before you would bend the tie rod or break an end.

Don't put expensive radio, GPS, tools etc in your jeep that you wouldn't want stolen. The wrangler folks have been doing this for a long time now.

I would start with a simple radiator flush. You'd be surprised how nasty they can get.

Do yourself a favor and get some hood vents. That "fix" doesn't work half the time. After I got my hood vents and then wired up my aux fan with a switch I never had the heat soak problem again.

I've had my Aussie for about 2 years now and I have to say it was the best $250 spent on the XJ. I also ran into a shipping snafu and they were the best people to deal with. Top notch customer service and tech support.
