    Hey guys thanks fr all the info. I have it all done up now and it works great. Doesn't even get close to getting hot. I ran the fan to a switch on my dash and can control it from there. I'd post pics but I'm not allowed yet. Thanks again, Art-

    How did you do this? My new radiator doesn't have a spot for the switch. I was just down at the stealership trying to figure this out. Is there a switch that will fit in the 96 t-housing? Or sould I just wire the fan direct with a pigtail in the cab to turn on and off? (which is fine with me)...

    Hey thanks, I did a little test to see if the small tube was plugged. It's definately the problem. Gonna go to NAPA tomorrow and get it replaced. Anyone know the part no# for the small vacuum hose? Can I even get it there? Or do I have to go to the dealer and get reemed? Thanks, Art- info:89...

    cracked... it how do I remove it now

    Will a cracked header cause overheating? I've got a exhaust leak on the header and a overheating problem.. I was just wondering if there connected? They seemed to have happend at around the same time. Thanks, Art- 89 xj 4.0 auto 4x :hang:

    The thing is I already have the axles and my xj needs new ones. I just wasn't sure if the vacuum thing and brakes would make a problem for me or not. The rear is a different story. I could get something better, but I thought since I had it already... Thanks Art?

    curious? i have a motor & drivetain out a 93 zj that i got to put in my 89xj .. later i was told it wouldnt work in my jeep because of different computers ..i was just curious on how you got it to work? also the i have the front axle off the zj and it doesnt have the front vacuum disconnect...
