If you know you'll not go above a certain tire size then a 44 may work, but if you have plans of getting a bigger and bigger tire then the a 60 is probably what you want to do.

I looked into this briefly and I think what you need is the tail housing from a Toyota transmission along with the rest of the stuff you mentioned. I don't think anyone makes that adapter. When I looked at it, I think cutting up a 231 is cheaper.

Wouldn't the Warn spindle be set up to bolt to an XJ knuckle, three bolts, and the CJ spindle be five bolts? I think you'd have to re-drill something, and I'd be a little wary of doing anything that could get off center, like the spindle in the knuckle.
I'd probably sell the Warn conversion...
I used the Ballistic brackets and the RE truss and upper mount. Total was about $250. Took some modifying and still had to make a track bar mount cause I went with crossover steering. Just depends how much cutting and grinding you want to do.
