Mine did the same thing right after installing it. Before i put the dif cover back on i did the test everything seemed to work fine and all the measurements were good. I have 4.56 gears and i had a hard time installing it.

im installing this locker right at this moment and i have a question? My jeep has 4.56 gears already and im having a problem getting the cross shaft out am i going to have to pull the case and the ring gear off the case to install it?

Ive seen just the opposite on TJs with the bushing on the frame and the flex joint on the axle

This is off topic but im kinda in a hurry. I have 3.55 gears and im going to 4.56 with out any lockers for right now will i have to replace the carriers?
