I'm in the process of getting the parts for mine, where did you get that tank, it's the one part I'm having trouble finding.

When you put the new HB on just run it up close to what looks like it's all the way on, then take your tork wrench and set it and tighten it till it clicks and your done. Just did mine this past week, no problems. Hope this helps.

Just an idea, since there isn't much room under there, I just bought an air hammer from Lowes for about 30 bucks and just knocked the weld nuts out. Much easier than swinging a BFH in thar small space and the air hammer will can be used for lots of other jobs on the XJ.

Is your antenna coax run near the speaker wires? Some times that causes it. :skull2:

I'm going to get the Rough Country 4.5 longarm kit for my 88, but you will have to do some fender trimming to run 35's. :D

We got 7.5 so far and it's still coming down. Calling for about 4 more by the time it stops. :patriot:

Don't mean to hijack, but on my 88, the switch used to work and I used it on long trips or when I was pulling my trailer. For the last couple of months it hasn.t worked, Do any of you know what would cause this to happen? Thank's for your help and sorry for hijacking. :confused:

I'm going to try and finish my install up this weekend. I got a pack of assorted grommets at Advance and one of them is sealed so I can feed the wires through it and just have a small hole to seal up. I'll drill through the roof next to the roof rack rail on passanger side front, then remove the...

Stock wiring is to small for the draw those lights will have. Hope this was what you needed.

Just because your radio can be heard good doesn't mean it's set right. A radio with high SWR's will talk good and be quit loud, but it will burn your radio up for sure. :piratefla
