    xj rear axlin into mj?

What XJ axle are you putting into your MJ? Don't bother with a D35 if you are changing anyway go with D44 or Chrysler 8.25 or Ford 8.8, in that order.

    Solid stok for Tie Rod

Yesterday went to local pick-a-part and bought 4 V-8 Grand Cherokee front tie rods for $6.09 ea. Had to replace my stock '92 that I bent like a pretzel on the trail last week. BTW the V-8's are solid steel bar stock. Bought 4 for my '92 XJ, my '87 NJ, my buddies' '89 XJ, and a trail spare.

    Junkyard upgrades

Is it the same for the MJ? If so, I've got 8"+ in the rear with a 3" XJ AAL and SOA conversion. Forgot to measure before lift!

Well that was a waste of $200

What Year is it??? I have a 92 XJ 4.0L that never sees the road, but will die after wam-up if I don't use both feet, top speed is about 17mph in four high because the tranny won't come out of first gear. (auto) If it dies I have to to turn it off and back several times before it will fire.

XJ to MJ rear axle swap? (D30)

What I have is '87 MJ spring-under rear D35C stock, I have a D35C XJ spring-over rear axle w/perches on top, I was hoping to just swap axles and get SOA lift. looks like I need to move perches anyway, but will still use both XJ axles so as not to change gears, since I'm changing to 4x4 anyway...
