To remove the stud: screw two nuts against each other. then un-screw the top nut so it locks against the bottom nut. if you can get some penatrating oil and squirt it into the Bolt hole so it hits the stud (inside the "frame") this will help. also HEAT! if you don't have access to a torch, a map...

No wheeling as there it felt like the DEC Grand Cherokee was keeping track of us. Passed him 50 times... maybe there was more than one. So kept it to "seasonal roads", 6.1 million acres of state park and i felt like DEC would repel out of the trees if i ventured into the woods.
So i came up with this. It repaces the aluminum spacers. Im also thinking the flat plate will kind of make a sandwich the frame and the bumper bracket.
I went with using more of the 2x4 Tube and sloped it to mach the fender flare. I also boxed the ends and ground all of the welds smooth. Im pretty happy with how it ended up. i may add a small hoop to it later. Black paint goes on 1st thing tomorrow morning.
