OK, the on/off switch for the Fan is a vacuum switch that also does the a/c side and the heating side. Where does the vacuum line meet/make the change to electrical and turn the fan on?

Got the wipers to work.

replaced the crank sensor and she runs good now. But I can not get the ac/heater fan to work. changed the resistor, change the fan switch, change the vacuum switch, tested the fan motor. to no avail. still don't work any ideas on what else to do?

followed your advice, Drilled out the hinge part that goes on the door to fit a grade 8 bolt that has a smooth shaft that is long enough to go thru the hinge. Had it in my spare bolt can, LOL redneck. then once placed in place, I tack welded the bolt to the hinge that is welded to the body...
