freerider I'm actually tearing down my interior this spring for the same reasons, full interior resto, new a/c sound and heat insulation with new carpet, new headliner etc. I'm really interested in your feedback on how everything turned out! Anything you would change?

wow man beautiful rig! I'm getting ready to start a complete overhaul on mine, interior, lift suspension, steering, gears etc. how to you like that paint on the underside, and what are you using on the interior floor for corrosion protection and sound/heat?

I just ordered an atk reman from quadratec . I've even researching for a few months. This no fault warrant crap just gives them a reason not to cover something. Good luck.

go to your local Carquest auto parts store.. most stores sell it cut in setions in a multi pack, or in rolls of different guages.. pretty cheap.

call custom machine shop... they're down the street from the carquest that i work at. I think they can hook you up.

carquest cause i work there, then rockauto.. and the dealer to follow.

i run the d-link model DIR-615 wireless. it's great. sits all the way at the back of the house, and i play ps-3 furthest away. have had zero problems. find it cheapest new at newegg.com.

yeah factory fos.. however it's all working now! One of the 1/4 inch female connectors was not seated in the socket well. all functions completely normal now.. including fog lights. Just as it was set up from the factory +harness and globes. fog lights even function normally!

ok revisiting this... old thread! i have been extremely busy.. and just got a chance to correct this.. i switched the 2 wires at "85" at the relays.. now i have no dims.. brights and fogs only... hmmmm.. any other help>>

great news woodcrawler!!! I have been driving mine all day, letting it idle in traffic, and operation has been flawless! Nice and cold.. about 41 degrees at the vent according to my vent thermometer at idle!!:clap:
