What are you trying to accomplish? Are you after 3.55 gears, an upgraded rear end, or even just a replacement for a blown rear end?

That sounds normal. Binding in the ball or needle bearings would be more of a concern. New ones are pretty tight which helps you pinch your fingers more often during the assembly process.

I can believe that. A minor vibration at 60 or even 65 can become quite the howl at 70. All it takes is a little more speed or rpm sometimes to really bring out the demons.

Buy some brake fluid if you don't have any on hand and maybe some caliper grease for the slide pins. It wouldn't hurt to bleed to calipers or lube the slide pins while you're there, but hopefully the issue is right under your nose.

If the brackets they pop into are decent, Dorman 38434 is a non-Mopar option. I got a package of 4 of them. Cost 5-6 dollars. If they are backing out, you can use a screwdriver to spread the pin so that it's a snug fit. I'm not sure how well that works though, just seen it suggested.

Yea I've seen that thread as well. The arcing seems to stop once the engine has warmed up. I'd just prefer it not happen at all. I'll check out the balancer a little more and keep an eye on it.
