I just got a set of axles off an 89 Waggy. The front is a LP ad both are complete assemblies (brake and steering setup). Really good deal 300 bux. Just wandering if getting em under my XJ would be worth the trouble with the bracketry up front due to the low pinion. Lookin at the bridge setup...

What thread pitch are the t-case nuts? I blew the pass side engine mounts and had to remove the xmember to fix and I forgot to put them back on. Tryin to put on a new RE X duty kit but I need them for the adapter plate...

There are 2 Dana 44 axles undeneath two XJ's in a junkyard near Killeen/FT Hood TX. The first is under a stock 88 with the tow package which looks to have been sitting 4 awhile. The second is underneath an XJ they recently brought in that caught fire up front. This one apparently has lower gears...

Both axles are complete. The only difference is one appears to be bone stock and has been sitting a lot longer, and the other has lower gears in it ( I was told) and was recently brought to the yard.

I know of a 78 waggy that runs for 4 hundred bucks....in Copperas Cove TX. I been meaning to go pikc it up, but I would have to keep it in storage for a year. I am sure the axles outta that thing are worth at least what he's asking for the Jeep. Any one cares....its Bills mufflers in Copperas...

I have a 26 foot uhaul stuck in my driveway. The tailgate is resting on the incline and the tires are spinning. Can someone tell me a quick way to get it out?? I don't think the Cherokee i sstrong enough, but I have a 2 wheel dribe excursion with a class II hitch......what should I do???
