ok so i just installed a hp d44 from a '79 bronco and i have no four wheel drive. i THINK it's probably in one of the hubs, but just to make sure i need to know if i need to to anything with the t-case after installing the axle. what do i do with the vacuum lines that went to the axle disconnect...
Re: swap finished: fullwidth d44 and 9", 38" swampers, radius arms, traction bar, etc.
chevy's are flat top and ford aren't.

i've got a hp d44 off a '79 bronco. to my understanding the outer knuckles are cast iron and should be welded with nickle rod. are the radius arms the same, or are they cast steel?
i've got both sides. actually the whole d30. let me know what you need and how much you're willing to pay. i think they're the ones youre looking for. it's out of a '90
i can't tell by the pic, what type of fitting mount does the bracket use? i'm not familier with what tomken uses on their trackbar. if i can mount an heim onto it (even if i have to modify it), then i'm def. interested
