On a level highway at 55 mph with cruise on for almost 200 mi. I got 18 mpg on my 1999 which is typical of all my trips with cruise on or off and 70 to 75 mph.

My 99 window is same way. I like the dual air bags-older ones didn't have them-I installed a 2 in rockyroad lift and 31 in tires - love it.

For safety reasons i got a 99.---Air bags---both sides.

I have a 2 in ROCKYROAD on my 99 . $139. with 31 in tires no trim. I do some four wheelin-nothing real radical. LOVE IT

Don't listen to these people; best mileage is with windows down, air on, 36 in. tires, and driving 95 mph--try it !
