sorry I prob didnt say that as clear as I could have....
I'm not looking to smog it, but rather get rid of all the extra crap and plastic hoses that break all of the time.
Jeep is no longer smog legal, so trying to clean up the engine bay.
I'm curious if anyone has a definitive document that outlines what I can cap or just vent to the atmosphere vs what must remain intact for proper engine function. I didnt have much luck searching.

I'm not really hard up for space, besides my motorcycles, the jeep is really the only thing in a 3 car garage.
I'm thinking about taking it out for a snow run maybe soon, depends how much snow we get at lytle creek or cleghorn.
