Sorry, New to this whole thing, I havent quite figured it all out yet

I was wondering if the rear Discs off of a Grand Cherokee would fit on my XJ without to much trouble, my gearhead friend say they will but they are not Jeep guys, So I thuoght I would ask you guys.

I live in Corning, about 45 minutes from Ithaca( I drive fast) I have a silver 2000 XJ with no mods but would like some!
