So at some point during a wheeling trip last night, the wipers decided they would turn on whenever the lights are on. They go off if I turn the lights off and they still speed up if I flip the lever to high speed, they just wont turn off.
I figure I have a short somewhere or the switch is...
I have no idea, It's definitely coming from the forward part of the transmission though. I've been told front pump seal a couple times, as well as the shift linkage seal. I figure it's just a guessing game until I pull it though.
The leak started before I ever put in any extra fluid, the only other time the fluid was touched was at about 100,000 when the pan gasket needed replaced.

I'll check the distributor again, but wouldn't water in the cables show up immediately? Like I said, it started and idled fine for about 30min before the problems started.
It was relatively clean, but I did clean it and it didn't help...
I have a snorkel, so I'm pretty sure that's not the problem even though it's the first thing I checked.
TL;DR Went through deep puddle, alternator quit, fixed alternator, jeep idled fine for 30min, now won't idle or drive well.
So here's what happened, last night I was on some trails just riding around, hitting some small puddles here and there. Then I hit one and drop almost to the top of the...
