im not really sure. the engine was rebuilt before i bought it. about 50,000 miles on rebuild.

i got an '87 4.0. i got a problem starting i think and would like to fix it before it goes any farther. engine cranks but no start. its only done this two times, thus the problem starting quote. the two times was after it sitting over night. i finally get it started after a lil while but...

i used the conversion from wally world(walmart) it was blowing somewhat cool air before. now absolutlly no cool air and 0 pressure.

it was time for a ac recharge so id thought id judt do the 134 conversion. i end up having to use all three cans. now there is NO cold air blowing. any thoughts on this? TIA scot

so if you go with the RE you still gotta buy a new drive shaft?
