I used a compressor kit with hoses, expansion valve, and filter dryer from autozone. It was a Sanden compressor. Complete with orings and PAG oil. It works great.

I run 35 psi in my BFG AT KO2s, when wheeling, I air down to 15 psi. In Moab I aired down to 12 psi without rolling any beads off.

Looks like a block heater. The silver tube looked like it had a two conductor wire to it.

I have a 96 and found the connector on the back of the blower speed control switch was burnt up and starting to arc really bad. High speed would cut in and out. Also found the resistor pack on the heater box had a loose connection on it that would cause the fan to act up at different speeds...

Could the lower radiator hose be collapsing and restricting the flow? A 134 degree delta t on the radiator definitely indicates low water flow.
