    Surco roof rack

45"x60" Surco roof rack with clamps for mounting to the factory cargo rack rails (the side rails that are permanently mounted to the Jeep). This was on my '94, not sure if it will fit 97+. First $200 takes it, local pickup only in Colorado Springs.

The Good: Suspension • 5”-6” of lift • Rusty’s coil springs • BDS Long Arms • Rock Krawler Track bar & bracket • Big Offroad 4” Leaf springs (Alcan) with JKS shackles – these are great, heavy duty leaf springs that also flex well, full anti-friction liner has been placed between all of the...

    Multiple Double Cardan driveshaft

The usual suspects? Yes, those have been addressed/worked through. Drive shaft - good, u-joints - good, leafs - good. I don't have the current angle measurements. Here are some pics.

    Multiple Double Cardan driveshaft

Yes, it has about 5-6" of lift.

    Multiple Double Cardan driveshaft

Now that is an interesting idea. So, in that scenario side-to-side angles would take care of themselves and I'm assuming I would now need to rotate the pinion back down to where the pinion angle would equal/offset the t-case angle? (Pinion is currently pointed at the tcase)

    Multiple Double Cardan driveshaft

Does anyone have actual experience running a multiple double cardan drive shaft? This would be for a rear application between a 241OR and a Currie Ford 9". I have Warn hubs in the front and I'm confident that my up/down angle is good in the back. The axle/yoke in the back is offset a bit from...

    Still Overheating. EVERYTHING changed.

Yes, in my experience, your overheating will be worse with the dirtbound set up: http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1101536 As stated above, wire a switch to the efan and flip it on at the first sign of climbing temps. I've done this for years and it keeps the temps under control.

    XJ Buildup III

Wouldn't that only speed up the air up time of the first tire? After that, the tank is drained and there's not really time for it to fill back up as you walk to the next tire. As always, though, your work looks good.
