could you be a little more specific as to what seal i'm looking for, this is my first endevor in trany repair

A little while after I fixed my rear main seal my 95 4.0 manual XJ would shake bad when pulling out in revere, then after It shuttered fairly hard pulling out in reverse it started doining shuttering when pulling out in first. Could this be because of a bad clutch from having oil leaking on it...
