Extra money would be worth the heat transfer rate you gain.

I would switch to a 160 degree thermostat and make sure you dont have any air in the cooling system.

When bleeding the clutch, jack up the back of the jeep as much as possible if you have an external clutch slave. They are almost built and mounted to keep air in.

Only way you can fix a cracked header is welding the crack (Firepower makes great cast iron electrodes for arc welders) A less expensive quick fil is JB Welds metal filler which I have actually used to retap engine bolts and also fix cracked headers.

Yup. so cam and crank sensors are new and still no spark. Ive kinda ran out of things to check. Makes me apreciate my 2.8 with webber carb so much.
