I'm not picky. Over or under. Whatever works best. What's a good axle mount while still keep stock coil buckets? And you don't think I'll have any issues hitting the oil pan?
hey guys. I'm gathering parts for my wj swap. i plan to stay stock height or possibly a small 2" lift. I'm wondering what to do for my trackbar bracket? I'm wondering if its going to hit my oil pan? what do you think? is it even possible to run this setup on stock height? thanks in advance
Im thinking about getting some deaver leafs and coils because I want to be able to do some go fast in the dunes but I also want to be able to crawl good too. will deavers flex/droop just as good as most other brands? or should I look into something else? I wont be doing all go fast all the time...
did you notice alot of difference with them? i will prolly just end up going with the hd offroad stiffeners since i will be running a cage that should eliminate the need of the tandj style. thanks everyone! i really appreciate the help
id go with some aluminum 17s and a set of goodyear duratracs. duratracs have the best of both worlds, they look aggresive but are still a all terain tire. i havent had mine offroad much but ive heard they do pretty good offroad as well
thanks for the opinions guys. i think i will end up going with the hd offroads. would it be worth it to plate the bottom and inside of the front rails? and the bottom of the rear rails?
i wont be doing alot of rockkrawling as i live in michigan and theres not much around. it will be more go fast in the dunes and trailriding. maybe alittle bit of rocks. im trying to make this rig be able to do it all. think i should go with the hd stiffeners front to rear? maybe plate the bottom...
hey guys ive got a slow build going of a 2000 4 door jeep cherokee. before i lift it i want to put unibody stiffeners front to rear. im looking for suggestions on how to make my xj last a long time because i plan on keeping it forever.
heres what im thinking:
fronts- either TMR or LII...
