Awesome this is why ask so general consensus is stick with the OE system is there any where to get a replacement wire harness i tried to find one in JY all are same condition as mine

by clean up the wire i mean replace as much as possible as i think every bulk head is connected via butt connecters and wire nuts from previous owner

i live in Cali so yes i will have to smog its currently running the Renix set up but its failed me quite a few times i would like to clean up the wireing and simplify where ever possible ive been told the 2000 and later Plug on coil is pretty reliable but i have no experience with it

also the detonation is usaully when climbing a grade or when there is a slight load on motor which is to be expected to some extent ,im running the 99+ intake and throttle body from auto grand cherokee with neon injectors which all these non factory parts may be casing it to run lean?

currently it is unhooked so if i hook it up this will probably not help me with the detonation?as being not hooked up it is running retarded already

trying to hunt down info for a 318 swap i read somewhere you can get a 318 bellhousing from a dakota to get the 318 to bolt to existing AX-15 anyone have any experience with this

i did similar swap except used a grand cherokee 4.0 99+ i think was 04 to be exact everything runs awsome except hard load i get detonation what did you do for your Knock sensor
