How do you edit fresh posts?

I asked a similar question yesterday and was told that it's a benefit for paid members only. I don't know of any other forums that work on that basis so I'll be spending more time on other forums.

    Train Wreck thread

 This is the only forum I've been on that has that. Over and out.

    Train Wreck thread

I thought once you registered (login & password) you were good to go. A quick look at some threads tells me that there are a lot of posters that have not gone red.

    Anyone diy reupholster their seats?

The ones I've used are in the 2002-2004 range. I'm pretty sure other years of Tiburons work too though. I've seen them in leather and fabric and in a few colours for the centre sections. Some also have seat heaters but I haven't come across any. I installed kits from Dorman and they work...

    Anyone diy reupholster their seats?

Coincidentally mine above was a '95 2 dr. as well. When I was searching for junk yard seats I pretty much limited it to sports cars so the seat back would tilt forward. There were plenty of nice seats from 4 dr. cars but they wouldn't have worked.

    Appliance Epoxy Paint Job

NICE JOB! The good thing about having to deal with small rust repairs, dings, etc. is that you did the job in the first place. Intimidation isn't a factor and you know what materials to use. As for your statement in the opening post ("... having a white XJ is nothing special") I object...

    Anyone diy reupholster their seats?

I looked at having a shop reupholster my seats a few years ago. It was not something I wanted to tackle myself. I also consider covers. The cost of reupholstering was higher than I wanted to go. There are some good covers you can put on yourself but a lot comes down to how well you install...

What did you do to your XJ today

I shot some Krown T40 rustproofing oil into the rear corners of my XJ. I had it sprayed in November but I like to add some when I can.

Warn Transformer 39637 brush guard for XJ

I'd seen the angle iron mounting plate but wasn't aware of differences in the winch design. I agree, it would pretty straight forward to fabricate all of the pieces.

Warn Transformer 39637 brush guard for XJ

This isn't the bush guard version but I thought you might find this interesting. I'm sure others know more but I understand this was offered as an option and used with a Ramsey 6,000 lb. winch. I can see why you want to keep the factory look for this XJ. I saw it when you posted it on the...
