When I bought my xj it had a front 3.5 tj lift in the hatch of the jeep I used the 3.5 inch coils and a 1.75 inch spacer in the front and RE 4.5 inch rear springs and it sits just right the spring seem to ride the same as the 4.5 RE xj springs I had on another xj before.
a couple of my friends run them one on an xj and one on a rubicon. They both work fine with no failures they are just over a year old. I do have to say they sound like they are grinding themself apart when they are pulling but they haven't let them down yet even pulling out a fullsize bronco.
