I have an extra stick of 256MB DDR266 PC2100 (32Mx4DRAMs) SDRAM 200 Pin SO-DIMM (Low Profile) Notebook Memory. If you have a dell it won't work. I bought it and it turned out that I got the wrong stuff the first time so I didn't want to pay the restock fee to return it. Asking 45$ shipped.
