Will try the key on key off
Plugs changed about a month ago. Cap and wires both changed while it was in the small town shop.
Also fuel pressure was checked at shop as they thought the original problem was the fuel pump.
I have a 1993 xj that has been misfiring. So to start this all began at about 1300 miles into my 1500 mile trip. The jeep died on the side of the road. I started it back up and it ran perfect for another minute then died. Did the same thing one more time until it would no longer start. Had it...
So I got in my xj today and everything seemed fine. Started driving down the street and could smell oil burning. The cherokee was still running normal. Look at the oil pressure gauge and it skyrocketed. It was well past the final line. Pulled over and checked under the jeep and it was dripping...
It is crackling but also sounds like electricity would sound. It is a really weird noise. If I bring my balance to the center I can play it normal at low volume but if I get it even moderatly loud it starts making the sound, mainly at times with bass. I wish I could find a video of a similar...

I was actually considering bringing it to a car wash and just using the pressure sprayer, sad thing is the paint chips that easy. It is gold underneath and honestly for now it looks better with the rattle can red. I dont want to paint it until i turn around to sell it since I plan on wheeling it...
So I just bought a cherokee, and the paint was done with spray paint. The guy did no prep work just painted over the previous paint. It chips very easy and was wondering if there is any way of stopping this until I am ready to paint it?
I was just wondering would it look better to just spray paint the bumper or herculine it. I play on herculining the rocker panels but dont know how it would look on a bumper. If anyone has any pictures please share. I do not own the cherokee, yet, but I am hopeing to look at it and maybe pick it...
I am looking for a XJ in colorado that someone is selling, looking for something in good condition. I dont want high miles, unless engine has been overhauled or replaced. Let me know what you have
