I'm doubting CPS as it's never a "No Start" issue, just rough starts. I'll change the temp sensor out and see what we get.

TB is OK, I want to do a seafoam treatment but haven't had time. CEL is not on and nothing hidden seen by my scanner. Have not looked at fuel PSI. I don't believe it to be fuel related as the problem somewhat goes away when the truck is warmed up. I am indeed just swapping stuff in right now...

I can certainly try to swap my spare out, anyone think the IAC could cause any of this shit?

Whelp I called the engine place today as my warranty it still valid I guess. I finally got a wicked nice guy on the phone by the name of Scott. He asked a few questions and inside of 60 seconds figured out what was wrong. He asked if any of the cylinders were cleaner than the others....Look...

Autometer guage was pegged at 250, so I assume hotter than that. Approx 20 minutes at idle.
