I was just wondering if anyone was planning on staying at near by hotels? All that is left at the KOA looks like tent sites. I did a search & you can get a room off Deer Valley Road for as little as $35-$40 a night. Thats only about 20 miles from Table Mesa.

Sounds to me like he might have an air bubble In the cooling system. After changing all the suff you described it is possible. Did you use a thermostat that you bought @ Checker, AutoZone ect.? If so it does not have the weep hole drilled in it like the thermostats you get from the Jeep dealer.
