I think this is something i can help with:cool: just use a change over switch on the on switch for the unit, unless some one can find a much simpler way again....

If im not mistaken doesnt it defult to 3rd when its turned on? Whats the worst that can happen if its turned on when moving? i would have thought the worst that could happen would be go into first? so say that you are bellow the max speed of 1st......

:doh: It doesnt evan need a double pole switch, but a simple "on" light would be really easy to do

I've been following this thread since go-jeep put a link to it in the Aus jeep forum and its looking great!:worship: It would be alot easier to just use a double pole switch on the "on" switch for the unit and use that to turn on a dash light.
