well I know my old ranger idled around 950-1000. I would say try raising your idle a bit. also if you do make sure u rev it a few times i adjusted my idle on the old truck and the peddle stuck to the floor...a scary experience at the least.
Not to highjack the thread but this jeep i am going to look at he said the 4x4 works but the shifter is very stiff from not beaing used. How would i losen that up or is there something else i should beware of befor buying.
That's pretty crazy I never heard of anything like that happing before. Umm I am really swinging in the dark here but mabey there is a vacume issue. If you roll down any other window dose it stall?
OK thanks guys, hopefully Ill get it before he sells it. I have heard nothing but good things about them. The worst i have heard is the road noise and gas mileage...if i want a luxury ride id buy a car. And as for gas mileage, you gotta pay to play.
