Onboard air questions (yes I've searched but...)

A York 210 is by far the best. Alot of the older cars ran them. I think Volvos still do. Here's what to look for: I have a york OBA on my TJ and love it. Here's a writeup on my low budget OBA. It's for a TJ, but some of the info may be helpful...

    front rail damage, need advice

Don't pull the bumper just yet. First, have the front drive train alighnment checked. Don't just go by feel. It is possible to have tweaked the "frame" somewhat and it should show up on the alighnment machine. Also check ALL the sheet metal for proper fitment, ie., hood to fender and cowel...

    Pressure switch wiring for OBA

Try hooking the white wire in line (to the screw directly obove the brown wire) with the brown wire. Thats how I hooked mine up, though my switch is a different brand than yours. You don't need both sides of the switch. Mike

    Newb tow vehicle question

Thanks guys. I had already made up my mind to go with a diesel. Leaning toward Dodge or Ford right now. Just not sure if 4wd is worth the extra cost. I've been told that 4wd in a diesel truck is not worth it due extra weight etc. etc. Just wondering if a locker might do just as well with...

    Newb tow vehicle question

Will be purchasing a new dually pickup soon, to haul a large truck camper and my jeep to places like Colorado etc. What would you guys recomend - 4x4 or just a locked differential? My wife and I like to camp in remote places but not too far off the beaten path. I am just starting my research...

    radiator leak

Ground black pepper. Really! If it is just a pinhole size leak then the pepper will fill the hole. A couple of teaspoon fulls should do it. I've tried it and it works. :chef:
