They dim a little bity after 10 sec and lit up tiny lamp on the bottom of the lens. Nothing in the instruction manual. I think they are made by JW Speaker. Quadratec model 97109.302. Anyone experienced this?

I get a deep bass resonance from the rear that propagates into the chassis when I drive around 60 mph. It almost goes away when I reach 70 mph. It also reduces if I put the transfer case into 4wd fulltime. It is most noticeable during acceleration. FYI: I have had the wheels balanced, rims...
