Try changing the oil pressure sensor. Its not expensive and it backs out with a 1 1/8 socket. I got like 10 more pounds after swapping mine out. The Lucas has to mix with everything for a while too.
Ya I had a HP 44 with 60 outer in my CJ and it was stout. I used EMS Offroad. Eric is real savvy and fair. The other option is to find a one ton XJ on the cheap and swap em...thats my plan to be 8 luggin it. You dont need one tons unless ur headed bigger than 35's and locked. All that burly...
Ya I noticed mine actually dropped with new oil(5w-30 high mileage) and a mobil filter. Changed the oil pressure sensor and may swap the pump for a high volume pump.
