    Hood Vents -Pro's and Con's

With a new radiator the temp was about 87-95. After a year, more or less, the temp was about 106C. One day reached the 125C with the AC on. Remove the radiator and clean all the old mud sticked to it. Now is again in the 87-95C band. Just my .02.

    30x9.5x15 vs 33x10.5x15 and 33x12.5x15

I wanted 33x10 but couldn't find. Thinked about 33x12 but needed to trim. I finally replaced my olds 31x10.5 (Kumho, 30" real size) with 32x11.5 (BF KM2). Is not a common size but works fine for me. I have a RE 5.5 and don't touch anywhere neither have to trim fenders. The extra inch in width...

I will keep it as it (without locker and 3.07) while find a substitute. I guess I will follow de 8.8...

What to do with my rear axle?

There are not lot of XJ around here. Most are running and has D35. I just saw once with a C8.25 and is in a 'poser' rig. The dana 44 are from pickups made in Brazil. Require change of all bearings, R&P and None of them are less than 1K.

What to do with my rear axle?

The scenario: D30/35 AX15, 3.07 R&P I've been wheeling for 3 years with almost stock XJ, just 31x10.5 MT tires. All the time mud and sand, no rocks. This year I installed a 5.5 lift kit and 32x11.5 MT tires and a locker in the D30. The facts: the tires have less than 6 months...
