I assume you guys are just talking about rear 60s. How about front 60s, are you breaking much up there on 30 spline, or is the rear breaking before the front for you? I'm pretty sure my front 60 will be 35 spline before I put it in just so I don't have to worry about it.

i'm thinking about a dodge 203/d300 combo behind my aw4. it sounds like adapting the 203 should be no more difficult than adapting a d300 to the aw4 since it is 23 spline as well. unless it doesn't have the same bolt pattern as the 300, i guess there were 2 different bolt patterns for dodge...
