Alright so I looked and its 231tc.

Yeah, the check engine light is on. It went off during the winter when it was really cold out and would come back on when it warmed up. but oil pressure and engine temp all run normal at all times. probably be a dumb ? but what is 231 tc? and no its not broke i have have the steering wheel down...
