Someone in this discussion made the point that the SOURCE of the wobble is probably unbalanced tires. I have a 2000 XJ that developed the wobble recently. Low mileage and no mods except taller tires. Front wheels were balanced fine. I swapped tires with my 99' XJ and could not get the wobble...
