I beleive it has done it every time and it has been from about 35-65F so not too warm. Its a 5sp Btw.

nope no thick oil, just some 10w30

I beleive it is around 30 at idle and over 40 when the rpms go up, like over half way on the guage.

Wait i have a 5sp so i dont have a TC... And jebus that is not what i wanted to hear... haha engine swap at 60k!, DOH..:shocked:

How hard is it to tighten the TC bolts? and where would i find them underneath the car? And yea the first i thought it was piston slap.. but then i didnt think piston slap continued on after the truck was started.. in the 2-3k rpm range. sound does sound like its comming right from the engine...

Hey guys, I just bought a 1993 Jeep cherokee country with only 60k on it, yes i know i couldnt beleive it either. Anyways upon startup it claps or knocks if you will for a couple seconds and then goes away... Im not sure what it is but if i rev it up to about 2k you can hear it again.. pretty...
