and they broke the first trip out...BUT THEY HAVE CHANGED THEM!!! the original had more material than the skull removed which weakend then and the didn't have the lower...
I got the air out of it and ran it at clayton this weekend with no problems. The only down side is it is still a little slow at idle but the power is always there. Thanks for all the help
i started with val synthetic yesterday and after spilling $20 worth yesterday i am usng the stp regular today. Maybe i should go back to that. I also would like to add a cooler and filter..
Well i just took the ram off of the system again and it seems to steer fine now. I don't really know what the problem is. I bought another pump and have yet to put it on and i never drilled out the fitting on this one for higher flow...maybe it isn't putting out enough to work the ram and the...
I just added a ram to my steering. stock box tapped and stock pump. I took it for a quick test drive without the ram and eveything worked like normal. Then i added a 1.75 bore psc ram to it and lost all power steering. I pulled the fitting out of the pump and the check valve was stuck down...
Maybe it has been a while since i bought some...They are nice and i can see how much more work they take. When i get ready to redo my arms i will get in touch with you.
i use a local hose building shop, he can do any custom braided stainless line and DOT pressure test it. He built a super long one for my xj for $40. Might call around and see what yuo local tubes n hoses type place may offer.
i would like to do the same thing. I was wondering if you could holesaw the dash out to run a tube through, you might even be able to repair the ac vents with some fiberglass. I hate the idea of getting my legs around that bar every time i get out.
