I also had less than satisfactory exprerience with RRO. Long wait for parts to ship. Wrong parts shipped. Duplicate parts shipped. Mulitiple phone calls and emails to attempt correction. Not very helpful over the phone. I will avoid them from now on. So much that I am keeping some duplicate...
