I have a 91 Laredo, 4L, 4×4, AW4. Starts and drives fine for 10 to 15 minutes then just shuts off. No surge, no sputter, nothing, all of a sudden your just coasting. If it sits for ~ 20 minutes or so, it will restart and repeat. Searching the interwebs led me to believe it was the cps...

I swapped the 3.07 geared disco 30 in my '90 for a 3.55 geared non-disco. What do I do with the vacuum lines that go to the front axle and how do I get it to indicate when it's in 4wd?

It was the pump. Thank you for your assistance.

I measured the voltage at the fuel pump connector and only get 5.9 volts, both with or without the ballast resistor jumped. Should this not be 12v?

I was told the cat is new and it looks it. The fuel pump on my 90 can be heard when the key is first turned on, but this one is loud all the time. Is that a symptom of bad pump? Would your average Autozone or O'Reillys type store have the fuel pressure gauge?

Just picked up a 91, 4.0, AW4, small lift but engine is stock. Got about half way home running fine, then it just stops accelerating and starts backfiring, no power, gets hot (but not into the red). In park or neutral the engine seems fine. Not sure where to look first?

I have a 1990 Dana 35 complete drum to drum. Actually, I have every part you are looking for except stock rear springs. Location is a factor I'm sure, but I would be willing to drive for a Dana 44.
