Does anyone have the dimensions/angles to fab up a set of control arm perches ? I went wheelin this weekend and bent the right lca perch, and frame mount perch ripped off...... Need to strengthen these weak links...

I am in the process of installing a Powertrax locker in my d 30. My problem is, the pin won't clear the ring gear. This thing only a 16th of an inch too large, and there is no play in anything. Also instead of a bolt holding the pin, there is a roll pin. Is this o.k. ? 1995 XJ d30

For some reason ( I believe it's vacuum ) the check engine light appears after starting the engine and applying the brakes... Cold or hot, doesn't matter. I can shut down the engine, and immediately restart, no check engine light. The engine does seem to pulsate if I push hard on the brakes...
