Radiator Fan Override Switch (The Easy Way)

I have deleted the images from pbucket, so hopefully it won't get dug up much more. We're obviously years from being able to edit the posts, so sorry if it's still raining on your parade. My intention was to correct the bad info I was finding, and offer an alternative method to skin the same cat...

98 xj parts will ship from NY

Yeah, not exactly sure what to call it, but this piece. Shipping might kill it.

98 4-door part out - Deep Amethyst Pearl

Any chance you'd pull and ship the passenger rear interior panel (the storage cubby deal)?

Panel clips for rear hatch 96

NAPA/Balkamp 665-3282 is what I needed for my heep. Worst case, pull one and take it to your nearest NAPA. They have a surprising selection, even in my little podunk hometown store.

    Rear brakes 9" or 10"?

I bought a full hardware kit, shoes, wheel cylinders, and the adjuster bits. Drum brakes aren't hard (lots of writeups and pictures, all over the net), but I think they're a PITA, and I'd just as soon replace everything once, than have to tear them apart multiple times (deciding the wheel...

    Midwest Craig's list Thread

Looking a little closer, the front end swap is header panel and bumper only. Guessing the interior swap is seats and door panels...

98 xj parts will ship from NY

The interior trim panel with the storage cubby (passenger rear)? Need one that's not cut up, in the lighter (Mist, not Agate) gray. Shipped to Ft Wayne, 46807, residential.

    Important

I was there a few months ago. All the girls looked like me with boobs and longer hair. It was awful.

Downstream or Catalytic Convertor O2 Sensor

I don't have a 96, but RockAuto has 2 classifications: upstream and downstream. Basically 2 sensors for every brand, plus a couple of odd ones for export or whatever. I bought NTK for my junk, and they shipped me the correct sensors. NTK Part # 23121 NTK OE Type Upstream; NTK is Original...

Replacement hard brake line- what is a good flare tool?

I do this too, and rent the full kit from the store 'cause I'm cheap.

    Best Gasket for Manifold Swap??

They're buried in one of my parts bins, but I probably bought them from RockAuto. Googled Jeep exhaust studs, found some Dorman stuff that looks about right. Maybe 03127?

    Important

The plugs for the lights and where the lights mount are different, but if you have everything, you should be able to. The 97 has the older style headliner/lights/separate sound bar.

    Highland Floor Mats?

I have the Rugged Ridge mats (sold under most catalog Jeep store brands, and a few others). I paid ~$60 shipped, and I think they're a good value at that price. Any higher, and I think I'd get Weathertech or Husky.

    Best Gasket for Manifold Swap??

I went with FelPro, for the same reasons. If you look around, there are a couple of really detailed threads on here regarding the swap. The only special tool I didn't have already was a 9/16" socket with a uni joint built in, and the one thing I didn't read, that I would do differently, is...
