Where are you located?

Fronts and rears, these are full power, really good condition, comes with all stock mounting hardware. No rips, cracks, or tears. The driver seat has a couple of wrinkles that could turn into tear/crack if they were left dry, but I believe they would be totally fine with a good leather...

A buddy is looking for a front bumper for his XJ... the cheaper the better, so stock is preferred. Looking for the pre '97 bumper, and black is also preferred, but a chrome one will work. Thanks!
