If it will turn over has spark and no fuel with all relays and fuses good you may be looking at a failed crankshaft position sensor. It will kill the power to fuel pump.

I use a Miller 185 machine and have no doubts that you will have no problems especially if you have the skills to stickweld. It will be no worries.
