    Re-thinking axle choices

    Those are JK axles that have already been set up to go in an XJ? Because stock JK axles are not bolt in - you have to remove all the brackets and weld on the correct brackets in the right places to go under an XJ.....so don't forget to include the price of bracket kits and fab labor if you can't...

    Use Xylene to clean up. It's also one of the few things that will clean up the bedliner if you happen to get some somewhere you don't want it (and trust me, you will). I wore gloves, long sleeves and everything, and I still had herculiner all over myself...took about 3-4 days before it finally...

    I just herculined my rockers, and underneath to the pinch seem. Clean it really well, get a red scotch brite pad, rub them for a while, ice your arm, rub them some more, then clean it up really well. Tape a line and bedline away. Looks great and no more paint chips/openings for new rust spots on...

    As a former plumber....probably won't last long. They seem dense and sturdy, but the first small cut or nick, and it will expand and they will blow out. Good luck though!

    extented bump stops with a 3" lift neccessary?

    Is there a ratio of how much to extend bumpstops to X" of lift? Like 3" of lift, increase bumpstop 1.5"? Or is it just by trial and error?
