    aussie acting up

Mine is doing the same. At any condition, straight line on dry pavment, dirt road and bad under load. I was told that the housing may be bent or a bent shaft. Still need to check that.

Do you like exo cages and why?

I like mine. It is not a d/d. It is street able and i do drive it to the trails. I am a big guy and need all the room I can get. I run tube doors with no windows. The family feels safe.

    Dana 35 swap

I think you would be fine doing that. I ran a 35 w/33s for about 3yrs w/ a lock right. Never had a problem. Rock crawling and wash running at 55mph. Just try to be easy with it.

    EXO-Cage?'s

no. the post in the middle of the two doors is in the way. I had the doors on for awhile without the center post, that is when it was rolled on the roof. Its not a dd so no need for doors. It is still street legal and driven to the trails that are close to the house. The tube doors are bolted to...

    EXO-Cage?'s

The way you are talking about is how I did mine. Custom front/rear bumpers and 3/16 rock slides. I use it to lay on the rocks and have also had it on its roof and side with no problems. Large plates for the front bumper and multiple tie in points on the rear. No doors no rear hatch and no rear...

    hydro steering

I love the assist. Iam running 33s and love being able to move the whole jeep with one finger. It is not a dd but I do drive it to the trails. I have had zero problems so far. The box is from west texas and the ram is from surplus center. The hoses are from a local heavy eq shop(35 bucks) big...

    rusty's 6" or RE 5.5" lift

I have the rustys 6.5. It has been good for me for the past 3yrs. I have run it at speed in the washes and crawled it. The arms have held up well a the sag in the rear was corrected with shakles. I also go over it after each run. I thingk the lifts are good(r.e., rustys) just a matter of what...

    weld or not weld

I have a 35 with a full exo 33x12.5-15 w/ weld on bead locks and loc rite. no boom yet. I do beat on it. I also have a spare 44 ready to go when this eats it. If your on a budget weld it, but know that it may go boom at any time.

    Exo VS Inner cage

Iam a bigger guy and needed all the space inside as i could get. My exo handled a good roll on to the roof with no ill effects. Its tied on the a post b post back door drip rail and at the rear hatch. I have tube doors and its mostly just for dirt. I would do exo again.
