    1986 Cherokee,No Crank,No start

    Im working on a 1986 Cherokee with no crank and no start.It has a new battery and i put in my TJ battery just to make sure.Its a 4 cylinder and a four speed.When i turn the ignition the lights on the dash come on but thats it.I bought it a couple of days ago and it toke a few seconds of cranking...
