    dash options?

I assume you have the stripped down jeep. If you do I put my gauges were the spot for the rear wiper and defroster switches go, and there is also room above the cig lighter. But you can only use the 2 1/16 they fit perfect. I will try to get a pic but I am kind of noob when it comes to posting pics.

    Amplifiers and engine noise

Make sure none of the speaker cables or RCA cables are near the power cable. You should run the power on one sied of the car and the wires on the other side.

    9" Gear oil

We use Sweptco moly gear oil in all our 9's. It is quite spendy but well worth it. We have also run the mobil 1 syn.

    cat - heatshield = ok?!?

The floor gets real hot, and if you have something inside the jeep on that spot it can catch the carpet on fire bacause it will not let any heat out. I have a burn spot on my transmission hump where the carpet melted.

    No gears for strokers?

Do not do it. I have a mild stroker 4.2, and you can not stay in the right RPM unless you are in 2nd on the freeway. I also have stock gears and 33's. I just smoked the engine because it was lugging all the time under 2000 RPMs and fuel washing the oil.

    Power loss Vs Ground Clearance

at least 4.56 if not 4.88, I have 33's and stock gears and It will do 65 in 2nd turning like 3500 rpm's. if you only do 65 on the freeway I would go 4.88. Over 150' I do not see how you would even need to get out of 2nd. the power band is in the low 4's anyway. I have a 4.2 stroker and the power...

    Pre-runner fenders

I have the hannaman 6" and they fit great. He also used to have 12" and they were HUGE, they are for a full race truck. http://www.duffcoenterprises.com/images/jeepglass01.jpg

    Wal-Mart Baja Driving Lights?

I would rather drag my balls through broken glass than vote for a democrat... I'm in the same boat in Michigan as ^, and my ORV permit went up too.. and the 30 dollar fee on top of my already insane $130 per year lisence fee. I scrimp and save to by food for my family that will sustain them...

    Metal workers.....is this safe?

"but if it's a side pull it needs more reinforcement to keep the angle from twisting on the tube" Thats why I recomende the small pieces of angle conecting to agle that is on there now to the tube and the 2 pieces running front to back on the connecting the angle.

How high can I lift without a new driveshaft?

I want to see pics too. :confused1 I put on the 6" skyjacker, and I had to get my driveshaft lenghtened and get the YJ yokes.

    Metal workers.....is this safe?

I would cut 4 2" long pieces of that angle iron, and put them like gussets under the angle iron conecting to the piece going into the reciever. And maybe 2 streachers conecting the angle iron front to back.

    Auto Darkening Helmet

It is a little flimsy, so I would definitely not recommend it to someone who welds for a living, or even someone who is a "hobbyist," Did you happen to see the American chopper when he did the Miller bike, he cut apart a helmet with regular scissors. Who wants to weld all day with an absurdly...
